Abstracts should be received before 30th April 2025.

Authors must send their abstracts through the electronic submission form.

The abstract must be prepared as indicated on the template you can download from this page.
Each abstract must have as maximum two A4 page.

Each registered author can contribute a maximum of two abstracts to the conference program.
Authors will be notified by 15th May 2025 of the acceptance of their abstracts and the proposed presentations (oral communication/poster).
